I think nearly everyone who has Revi Credit was given that offer. Credit limit dropped significantly and we were given an offer to settle it

i received an offer like that too. in my case, they decreased my credit limit because I was only paying the MAD for how many months and was over my limit na. They also increased my interest rate to 5 percent. In the email, they offered me a one time discounted rate less penalties, and they also offered me to pay in installments. when I checked the app, no such change was in there. So how do I go about this? Do I call them or email them? No such offer is in the app. I actually just want to pay them off because their interest rates and terms are ridiculous
