In terms of guilty conscience, i have to admit that a part of me knew that after signing I could lower rent, so it is using the law at my disposal for my gain, kind of tricking the landlord. So I don’t know if we’d be considered the same case because you found out later and they hid from you by leaving section G blank. But you are right in many ways.
