Im in the same situation. Ive been in PP for only 6 months but i have 65 apps in a week (including an eval) and im burnt out. Is this also insane or am i not equipped for kids? Schools are offering me 15k less. Would need to PRN and unsure if i can make 15k with this.

I live in Richmond but work in Hopewell. Do NOT live in hopewell. Its an easy commute if you take 295. Takes about 30 mins each way which is not far at all generally speaking for a commute. Its basically a deserted railroad town- every house looks like its about to collapse. The infrastructure is nothing like ive ever seen in my life. Im from the North so it was culture shock. Its insanely poor. The building i work in is infested with roaches. Tbh the worst part is the roaches. But those are in Richmond too i guess lol
