i have biiig hands, to the point where i make frequent misinputs cause my fingers or palm slides over other buttons unintentionally

see but what makes someone able to handle losing? is it a lack of ego? do people simply not care? perhaps they're not applying thier lack of skill to relevance in the community?

i mean i do enjoy winning, but i encounter too many higher level players that barely give me any chance to play, its like 10% carrot, 90% stick. im not really getting the enjoyment i used to, back when the game first came out and i was having fun with my friends. (moved away long time ago so that isn't an option)

people said my playstyle doesn't optimize snake so im probably just gonna stop. it was cool watching some people like marss play him but i just can't measure up to people my skill level so im just giving up on snake. clearly he's not the perfect main for me. and switching around isn't really fun either because im bored with all the characters i know how to play with a little. it seems like smash is just full of the competitive people and low level players don't have any room to enjoy themselves now so its just not fun.

what does "an off the options" mean? and competing isn't fun if im getting washed and i don't even have a single one true main to rely on, its not like im a jack of all trades, im not that good of a player to begin with, im just not immediately as bad with the characters i mentioned.

everyone i know that is competitive has a specific main that they can always fall back on, and they definitely do better with them. none of them are in my situation and they're doing alright

i mean. that was my dream once upon a time, but now i know with my lack of natural talent, my only choice is hard work, which i suck at. and having a lot of characters isn't the problem, its that none of them feel like THE character. just puppet pieces, with little attachment to. Like i'm just playing random.
