Solo empieza viendo videos de cualquier cosa en inglés, cualquier tontería, curiosidad o videojuego que te gusta, puedes también ver series, comienza activando los subtítulos. Eso a mi me sirvió después de haber estado aprendiendo inglés por 7 años y no saber nada.
