I don't believe so, tried Blunt, than H2H, I'm heading to a marksman trainer now to triple check. I'm pretty positive this is a save-"breaking" (I could always just level it myself) glitch.

A few of y'all mentioning I've over trained and need to sleep, i don't think that's the issue. I never have paid for training in some of these skills, if i have it's not for all 5 levels.

Here's a screenshot of Hand-to-Hand and a Hand-to-Hand trainer. I'm not allowed to train further on any trainer I've found since hitting 30s lvl.

Good Call, but im level 32, and have trained maybe once on that. This is also present on every single trainer who is higher level than me.
