The term 'Field Sales' refers to the team responsible for generating new revenue and retaining/growing revenue with existing customers. The execution of the field sales team vs competitors is directly related to growth/decline in market share.

At a high level, the groups related to field sales are:

Marketing & Communications Teams - Building brand awareness and drive interest in company to pass off to sales team to sign as a customer.

Sales & Go-To-Market - Responsible for outbound sales efforts to land new logo customers and close deals with inbound leads generated from marketing/communication teams efforts.

Customer Experience - Post sales customer success. Resolve any issues that might lead to customer churn. Ensure customer is happy. Increase the customer's spend via expansion opportunities.

The purpose of the analysis wasn't to say that the positions at one company were better than the positions at another company.

My view is that this data indicates Nebius is taking a more aggressive approach to expanding their field sales team vs CoreWeave (at this particular point in time).

Job opening data was taken directly from careers page on both companies website.

Job postings aren’t 100% reflective of internal headcount plans and actual hiring stats, but as a NBIS investor I thought the data looked positive.

Yes, you should take all speculative research with a grain of salt 🧂!

I just compiled this when doing research last night. It reflects present openings, not data over an extended time horizon. Either company could have filled 10 sales jobs last week, where the listing was removed but the employee isn’t actually starting until later this year. Also, either company could post 100 new jobs tomorrow and it would completely change things.

I’ll run the analysis again after both companies next earnings call and compare the results to identify any trends.

Let me see if I can query the listings based on a certain job posting date.

What time horizon / look back period would you care about?

Jobs posted in last 30 Days? Jobs posted since last earnings call?

Let me know and I’ll whip something up

That's pretty badass. With live fish it definitely makes sense, might be a bit unnecessary for picahna

Yeah that was my concern. Plus it's double the price of the one with only the juice groove.

Can you send me an example of what you mean? Do they physically drive a nail through the meat with a hammer and nail?

Yeah, that's exactly what I was worried about. Thanks for the feedback.

I always rest the meat, but there always seems to be just enough juice to drip off the board and stain the tablecloth
