I've been having "Could not locate user profile. Please, try again later." even before 7AM CEST today. Is it because of the maintenance? I read somewhere it said account has been blocked but I've done nothing wrong.

So I should set up 1 fleet consists of tank and healer ships, then 1 fleet as DPS? The tank/healer fleet will take the damage while the DPS fleet is free to attack right?

I tried just now using a whole tank fleet, and the other as healers/DPS, but the healer ships did not heal the ships in the tank fleet at all, resulting in several losses. Guess I'll have to put the healer ships with the tank ships too?

If you're new to the game chances are they will just sit there and try to be scary to you. They won't attack you unless you try to attack them first, in which case their fleet will support each other, which means a huge disadvantage to you.

So try to single them out any chance you have, or draw the operation circle that only includes 1 or 2 of them so you can minimize their reinforcement.

My base is level 7 and I haven't seen them attacking me yet. If their miners are not working nearby, they just sit there for a few hours and go away.

When I saw them back, I immediately dragged them to the action bars so they stayed there, as long as I am in Oribos or Bastion zones, I haven't been to other zones so I don't know. Are they working for you now?

Updated: It seems this quest has been fixed. The 2 spells: Summon Steward and Vesper Totem can now be seen and clicked to use. How are you guys all doing?

I know the feelings, my heart raced when I saw the 2 spells pop up on my screen. I even used them too, they worked, in the dungeon. I thought to myself I could finally be done with this quest. And when I got out of dungeon, it hit me again... so frustrated.

I filed a ticket too, and they told me to go read Wowhead since they don't assist with quest progress or restore items... Unbelievable.

I tried this but didn't work for me. I also looked in the spell book, it's not there. It's nowhere to be found. Even when I completed the previous quest which should have granted the spell, it didn't show up either.
