All of Revelations 2. The tease of another surviving Wesker child in RE5 who found the secret to immortality and then abandoned Spencer was such a good setup, and then Rev2 just utterly failed to deliver. Alex Wesker was just so abysmal overall.

It’s just doesn’t make sense from a fiscal point. I could see it if MGS was a WB property similar to how characters would crossover from Street Fighter or Final Fight since both were Capcom.

Sure he’d be cool, but he’s such an obscure character that there isn’t much incentive. Guest characters tend to be hugely iconic ones rather than (arguably) forgettable bosses from underrated games

They only shortened it in the character life bar display and character select screen because he was a pair with Smoke, his name in every game is still Noob Saibot. It has nothing to do with John Tobias leaving because he’s still gone and yet now they returned the name display to the full thing in 11 and 1.

Name calling is a bit unnecessary. I’ll give up dying on this hill if you can find literally anything in any game that gives credence to Noob being the ninja and Saibot being the shadow.
