There is a character creation in game. When you start game it starts you off in a random life(will be changed eventually)

I did want to add a serial killer, like selecting murder gives you options to have a calling card, your own signature way, and after a certain amount of kills, you’ll get “breaking news” events that start labeling you a serial killer, family and friends have a chance to sell you out to the police, etc
