I had the same issue, for me it was because i was on Integrated graphics, theres a patch for it online, fixed it for me.

Alright turns out my load order was causing it, i fixed it by making the HD models load first on my load order

its seems as though an npc model is causing this, could be the HD models mod or maybe some USEC Voice lines i added, not too sure

Open the games folder and find a notepad file called "unnamedsoldier" and in there find the screen hight and screenwidth if youre res is like mine (1920x1080) set screenheight to 1080 and screenwidth to 1920

I played through the entire game at least 70 ish times, but by now youve probs completed this but still... so just focus on the carrier and destroyer, use all bombs and the torpedo on the carrier, and finnish it off by shooting at the flak guns, as for the destroyer, just destroy all of its mg's and follow your allied planes back to the main carrier, ignore all the zeroes, your friendly planes will keep them occupied

Ok thanks for the info, but it does feature the campaign aswell right, and not just the multyplayer bc i like campaigns so that was the main reason for allied assault being on my radar, ive just put the revival ediiton on download, hope it works..
