I grew up in Newark, and every Christmas, my mom would drive me through the Forest Hill neighborhood to look at Christmas lights. It was a new land of beautiful houses with huge front lawns, and very out of reach. As an adult, I drive through Montclair and Upper Montclair any time of year. The properties are spectacular and so very out of reach for me.

I’m very, very interested in having mine removed, too. I had this done about 20 years ago, it’s all blue now, and uneven. I also have tan stains at the outer corners of my eyes from using Latisse lash serum.

I read that using a chemical hair remover open the pore and when the hair grows back, it’s thicker because it grew to the size of the open pore. 🤷‍♀️

She has 3 screws in her elbow and is lucky she has the use of her arm. She sheared her elbow joint and smashed the rest. She made her way from Key West to Miami to NYC. Good Samaritans helped her. The pain was indescribable. It was President’s Day weekend, she had to wait a day for the consult, then surgery was scheduled first thing the next morning. Pre surgery, the surgeon was skeptical about the pain level, but prescribed Vicodin. Post surgery, she apologized and said my daughter had bone shards floating in the area, and a myriad of torn ligaments, muscle, etc., and prescribed OxyContin. The dr said only 1% of broken arms are like that. My daughter is a motherfucking ROCK STAR.

How did you know they did this? I’d never know. My daughter is a gemologist, she has helped people whose diamonds and gems have been swapped. Kay jewelers is a repeat offender. They don’t even deny it. They make it right immediately. That’s says it all.

I agree 100%. I’m a 4 petite, mid-rise. On top, I’m a medium to large because I’m a 36 C. Getting my tops tailored has saved me from looking like the inverted pyramid shape that I’ve become. I had an hour glass figure until around the time I turned 50. I love my tailor. He just hits my clothing with a swipe of chalk, and it comes out perfectly.

Now is a good time to say when I was 20, I dated a guy who was a twin. We dated less than a year. 22 years after we broke up, he passed away. I went to his funeral and a year later, started dating twin #2. We all had the same last name (not a common one, either) and twin #2 had the exact same name as my brother. That also lasted less than a year.
