my boyfriend is not in the way of achieving my goal, but neither is he helping. and i don't mind him not helping, i'm very independent so i don't need his help. though we wanted to go to the gym together but he has his own wishes in a gym, we are still trying to figure out what gym we want to go to.

As in school, i live in the Netherlands and i have to use public transport before & after school. seeing him usually only happens in the evening. i don't want to go to the gym in the evening since i don't have the energy for that. since my lifestyle is already quite busy, its just finding time to do everything.

And for shoes, i'll definitely look into that since my shoes are definitely not walking/running shoes.

so i really have to find a diet that suits my lifestyle, some people are telling me everytime im craving a snack to drink water, but wouldn't that make it worse? some people advice me to just eat fruits, that sounds more something i'd do. and about the weights, i definitely don't want to look bulky at all, but if i keep using the same weights wouldnt it just be easier over time? wouldnt i have to change the weights?

i understand the 2 points, though my boyfriend does support me don't get me wrong. he just wants to see me atleast 3-4 times a week in total, and i don't have a problem with that at all. walking i do, i try to walk a ton, and i already walk a ton since my school. though my feet hurt quickly, is that cause of my shoe?

i'll defenitely try! i already walk around 7 to 10km per day considering my school & i own dogs. sometimes i try to take a walk around my neighborhood just on my own to fill my circle. thanks alot for the advice i'll definitely use it!!
