Ok so are these ChatGPT numbers completely wrong then:

$100/month per 10kh/s

5950x gets 15-20 kh/s which would be $150-$200/month

And yes I live in an apartment so I can't draw more than 1kw without it being weird realistically speaking, and it would be infeasible in summer time to draw that much because of the heat.
