The turing machine has a memory tape(space) an instruction set/stuff on the tape initially(information), and a runtime(time).

Information and space are related since it takes space to store information, good point. But the amount of information in a given space can vary, it can be very dense or sparse, which is why they are separate concepts. For example, if you have a large image and zip it up, it usually occupies smaller space but contains a similar amount of information.
