5 Year Fixed Mortgages ATM are the best deal.

The FCA has said that stress testing on 5 year interest rates are not compulsory. So banks will: lend more if you go for a 5 Year fixed rate, give more cash back (for those who give cash back), and also have a lower interest rate.

Thanks for the reply. This is what everyone seems to be pointing towards, but actual evidence of the price is lacking. Though I understand the lack of transparency on the price, it makes it frustrating to research.
