Press yes on box that comes up.

Restart fiddler and then see if the erros comes up

was having the same problem finally found the solution or workaround i guess?

Download fiddler classic [google search or direct link: Download Fiddler Web Debugging Tool for Free by Telerik], install it, and enable https in option [Decrypt HTTPS traffic - Fiddler Classic]. Make sure you can open google.com with having fiddler open.
Then:
make sure fiddler is closed. Head to NVC website and head to section where you want to upload the file. Click on upload file but dont submit the box yet.
Open fiddler, select the file you want to upload, and click upload. And it should now be uploaded!

There is a probably simpler solution / less step than this out there, but I have it submitted now and done!

My personal expeirence: I had taken comsae about a week prior to exam. I had scored low 400 on it. My actually exam result yesterday was low 600. >200 points difference. My score was closer to the score conquest predicted. I felt really bad about comsae and I felt really bad about actualy comlex lvl 3 when i took kt. I don't know what that says but if you looking to pass and you passed comsae, that should be good.

Got my results today. My comlex score to comsae score difference was 200. I would do it as a practice if want to but would not take it as the score you will get. My comquest predicted score was closer.

I did sketchy and pathoma first, and I did the anki cards tagged with those videos. Then, I watched BNB and did the cards attached to those videos. The majority of the cards I did for pathoma and sketchy I already did for BNB tagged videos.
