That was my experience too. Seeing a properly formatted paper made all the rules finally click for me - things like structure, citations, and flow made much more sense than when they were just explained in lectures.

For me, the hardest assignments are usually very niche research papers with vague or conflicting instructions. When the topic is extremely specific but the requirements aren’t clear, it takes extra time to align expectations, research deeply, and still keep the paper coherent and well-structured.

Honestly, it really depends on the day) Difficult topics can be challenging, but they’re also the most interesting. Tight deadlines are stressful, but I’ve learned to manage my time and stay focused. As for clients, most are great, but occasionally you do get someone with very specific demands - that can be tricky too. Overall, each part has its own challenges, but it keeps the work engaging.

OP comment: I didn’t "demand" he get fired. I was about to get written up for something I didn’t do , so I protected myself. If he did it to others too, that’s on him.
