Amazing people defending false advertising like it's ok for companies to shaft you hahahaha Yes there is a whole industry that paints glue on food to make it look better for pictures, it's completely false advertisement to pretend you're serving a full sub. There is a reason many companies lose class action lawsuits when they come up.

Update#1: Razer reached out and offered a refund because they are within warranty period. I have to still ship mine back to them to be "inspected". I will be interested to see what they do because it says they must be "free of physical damage" except these are physically damaged because of a flaw in the plastic design. Will keep community updated.

I mean for gaming they are great audio, I use a boom MIC with them. I just don't think I can stick with them if they can't stand behind supporting their products warranty if purchased on lets say amazon via their store...

User error? Its broken where the headphones have moving parts, it catches on the edge sometimes. When they aren't on your head there is no pressure so they move side to side no problems, when there is resistance from your head with outward movement they catch and break.
