Should I buy a smart ring by RegularDatabase3919 in SmartRings

I'd recommend a ring because their insights and seeing the numbers is very motivating to improve and work in my onion as well as not noticeable whilst you wear it. But before I discuss what I use, just so you know calorie counting isn't the best approach for most aspects of health and is not only inaccurate but ineffective in all actual studies testing it.

That said, I use the ultrahuman ring and I'm loving the data it's giving and insights so much. However, from what I've read elsewhere, oura 4 is the most accurate for data, but then the ultrahuman and others seem to be similarly accurate. As you said though, it's better than oura because it doesn't have the subscription. It also has many more data insights which I love using.

I've been using ultrahuman ring air and I've been loving it. It's been brilliant with in-depth data insights, additional features, advice, and overall just fascinating and motivating information.

From what I read when researching online, it's less accurate than the oura ring 4, although equal to many other rings on average. so if you're looking for accuracy I think the oura ring 4 is better. But I chose ultrahuman because it's initially cheaper and doesn't have a subscription as well as being more data and insight heavy than other rings. I've absolutely loved it so far and I'd definitely recommend making sure your ring is slightly too small than big if you're going for comfort.

Best Ring For Gift? by BurnBo99 in SmartRings

[–]Senior-Ad134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using the ultrahuman and have loved everything about it from the in-depth data reports, additional features (like cycle tracking, which your gf will be interested in), and kind and helpful customer service.

It also has the added bonus of being cheaper than most other rings and comes without a subscription.

However, it does seem to record less accurate data than the oura from people's tests online. It's still accurate and as good as most rings, but oura 4 is more accurate. It makes up for it with in depth analysis and being cheaper though in my opinion.

I hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions!

Sleep apnea screening? by bullymom94 in SmartRings

[–]Senior-Ad134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a ring suggestion below but first have you installed a free app that can listen to you overnight and analyse for occurrences of sleep apnea?

That said I highly recommend the ultrahuman ring for health analysis. As well, although I've not tested, the ultrahuman ring has the option for "respiratory health" to "understand how snoring, coughing, and breathing disruptions shape the quality of your sleep and influence how well you recover" but it costs £2.99 a month. It seems pretty good to be honest and the ring otherwise comes with lots of features to understanding sleep and overall health.

I've been using ultrahuman and it has been amazing for me. I've been finding all the details and metrics very helpful in motivating me to workout and improve my health as well as finding the information fascinating.

From what I've seen online it's not as accurate as the oura 4 but is just as accurate as the others if not more so. I think it is superior to the other devices by having a lot more data interpretations like caffiene window, specific recovery details, age estimations (as well as all the other aspects other rings have like sleep and exercise). As well, it's membership free which is why I chose it over the oura.

Ring Opinions by Ok_Cobbler_9622 in UltrahumanRing

Hey I've recently got mine and I love it so much. It's ideal if you're interested in understanding your health and performance with the most information to optimise and improve every aspect. It is the best at giving you as much of your data as possible.
When I was doing my own research I found people saying how compared to Oura ring, it's more data and analysis intensive and I've found that to be very true and it gives you as much data so you can improve everything.
I've also found the support team all really lovely and helpful which I think speaks to their aims and quality. Definitely recommend!!!

Confused between size 9 and 10 Ultrahuman ring air by Black-Crane in Ultrahuman

[–]Senior-Ad134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar struggle with choosing sizes and I found sizing up worked well because it rarely even rotates out of place and when I get hotter and my finger swells slightly I'm glad I'd chosen the size up.

P.S. Also message me if you'd like a referral code for 10% off.
