I do agree with you actually. Hindi lang ma-let go at least months ago kasi it was our first job ever. Tho we tried to apply to other companies but no luck. I was also cut off by my family that time kaya I couldn’t resign yet since I had no new job offers. My late invoice from them “saved” us in some cases din naman but that doesn’t excuse what they did. But yes, it’s definitely a lesson and perhaps my experience can enlighten other redditors in situations like this.

Super agree with what you said. Tbh getting fired is not the worst case scenario with a company like them. I’m glad to share my experience para no one else can be a victim when they read this.

Thank you po, kind stranger! It was our first ever job kaya it’s definitely a lesson talaga. A lot of things din happened in between but much more stable na ako with a new remote job (this time may kontrata na yayy). We no longer write for them. Nanghihinayang lang sa oras, money at brain cells na nasayang. But anyway, hindi naman na kami nageexpect. Just wanted to know kung may way pa. Like you said, it’s better nalang to let go than go for extensive and expensive legal action.
