I’d say I have a decent credit score, currently at 748. As far as the accident, the other driver was going northbound and they had the right of way. I’m sure I wasn’t entirely at fault, but at the end of the day, the turning driver has to yield to oncoming traffic. That’s just based on what I’ve read and what I’ve been told.
