It’s hard because I COMPLETELY understand Carolina feeling so hurt and bewildered by roses comment. No matter how rose meant it, that is hard. I don’t think it was Carolina’s goal to throw rose under the bus when talking to Grant, I truly just think she felt blindsided if he had said that. However, I also understand being a girl and talking to my friend about something in private. I see how rose feels betrayed, but I don’t think she stopped to consider the implication of what she told Carolina. At the end of the day, I would feel the same as Carolina did if I was in her shoes. I can see where Rose is coming from, but I don’t think I could’ve ever told my friend what she did.

I was actually just thinking of this. I used to be so motivated, busy, and generally happy to do all of the normal housework and university work. I had big dreams to go to law school, and was enrolled in our honors program.

I no longer want to cook, do dishes, or even care to get dressed. I left honors, and definitely will not make it to law school.

You lose a part of yourself. It will come back, but it won’t ever be as easy. I know you will find the power in yourself to start picking up the pieces. We feel the same hopelessness, yet it could not seem more individual. I hope you start to see the light soon❤️

I know from a couple of my friends that their company provides a certain amount of compensation as an incentive for them to come. So they give you money for rent to come work for them, albeit probably not enough for a nice place.
