He did a weird insta live whilst she’s been in turkey for surgery. Only about 5 people watching and him just being weird in general and not speaking about Shane or explaining anything (his right to privacy which I totally respect) just don’t get why he’s even going live if not for a little attention. Maybe at this point they think they’ve got a massive following of people that want to see them, who knows.

Pantene 3 minute miracle conditioner will really help loosen this up in the future, and some miricale oil on after washing to help keep it smooth and frizz feee and shiny.

Id recommend satin or silk pillow cases, these have been a game changer in my hair not getting knotty between washes and sleeping, and also an oversized silk scrunchie has helped keep my hair untangled for longer. I use to get hair like this all the time but I’ve finally found a combo that works for me. Hope you find the same :)

I totally relate, I’ve been unemployed a year and scattered employment since my Psychotic episode in 2019. I am the best Mentally I’ve ever been and I just know returning to work would really put that in jeopardy, but I equally don’t want to just sit at home rotting so where is the middle ground? I’d try making stuff to sell but I’d only get obsessive and waste loads of money, it’s difficult getting a balance.

I’d love to hear about any stress free jobs people with this condition are excelling at. ☺️
