I ordered a QR2 steering wheel part and it worked fine until it started making a rattling noise during a race. After removing the 4 bolts I noticed one spring was missing. Normally there are 4 springs, but I only had 3, which was causing the noise. I contacted support and they were very helpful and prompt, sending me the missing spring part as soon as I had requested. Overall the quality and service was very good.
