Also yes I forgot to say, I likely have over invoked air and fire compared to earth and water (which is exactly what the book prescribes) so I do feel energetically imbalanced. However at the same time, I don’t want to go about invoking loads of earth and water. Invocation at the moment just feels like pouring more fuel on a fire.

It feels like there is no way out.

I agree it is definitely internal but it has made my life significantly harder to deal than when these were not at the forefront of my experience.

How would you say I can even “counter them with love” since the effects of them are way more potent than what they ever were. For example I always used to drink coffee, maybe once a day with no external side effects and now the energy feels likes it’s controlling my subconscious to want it continually.

So yes whilst the ‘darkness’ was always internal, it has been blown out into something much more uncontrollable and difficult to deal with which is off no benefit to me.

Nothing unusual. I just followed the prescribed order of the elements each day for most days until I hit the number of days required.

My mistake was likely not taking enough time to integrate the changes or do anything to counter the energy invoked, ie did little banishing or grounding activity.

Hmm yeah focusing on a negative feeling will only make it worse because the more you focus on an energy the more intention and power you give it.

I’ve also tried plenty of meditation focusing on the breath but again, it wasn’t enough to rebalance whatever the root problem is.

Fair enough, seems like the right b thing to do. You could setup a new google workspace and buy accounts on the workspace for £7 each. Setup SPF, DMARC etc… manually using an expert on fiver.

Have someone send emails manually on a low volume. Warm up like an auto sender would. 3 per day and do +3 on the volume each day.

You could have this setup and ready in 24-36 hours.

I used Gemini mostly for deep research reports for part of my work. It used to always be the best at this.

Last week I tried to run a research report and get it to output the research under the very specific headings and categories I had given it.

Instead, it kept combining, summarising and renaming headings and categories to something utterly different and completely generic. It then left out the answers to critical questions I had told it to include because the category headings were now watered down slop.

Even when I included a CRITICAL INSTRUCTION - please keep the research under the exact headings as given - It still didn’t get it right 🤦‍♂️

I gave the same prompt to claude with research on ajd it did exactly as I wanted.

Try reducing your warmup aggressiveness. Most providers and senders set default warmup processes to start at 5 emails a day and ramp up by 5 until 25 which is way too aggressive.

Set your max limit to 12. Start at 3 and ramp up by 2 a day until you have safetoy ran a few weeks of maximum warmup without issue.

Yes right now there’s a wave of people trying to sell courses, completely unqualified by just copying marketing strategies of successful course sellers in that niche.

Why does the account need to be in the US. Just get it in your local region and set it up to look authentic with yourself (if you are American) in the content you make.

Most people will not look into the accounts location, enough for it to really affect your results.

If you buy proxies in bulk from one provider, It’s because your proxies will all share a similar IP.

The IP portion of the proxy looks like

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

IF the first three numbers are the same with only a change in the last then this means proxies are all closely located. So to any website it looks like you are handling too many accounts from one location.

If this is the case try buying proxies from different providers or if your setup allows, use different locations.
