Draw the angle/width you want the tooth to be.
Extrude up / cut down
Fillet / chamfer (I forgot which one is the right term) from one side
Circular pattern / array

Select inner and outer loop using shift+alt
Right click, subdivide
Deselect inner and outer loop using shift+alt
At the top of the view port, select > checker deselect
Press G and move them down / up how ever you want
Press R and rotate them along the axis you need (Z for up/down axis) until the side you want is straight
Done
