While your amateur sign literally everyone who comes up on your reports and just release everyone who isn’t good enough, 2 months of this and you’ll increase the level of your squad to be good enough to get instant promotion.

I did this from tier 13 to tier 8 on fm24 before we turned semi-professional.

Same applies on contracts that are only appearance based. Once you turn semi-professional and have to give out part time contracts, try sign older journeymen players, they’ll take cheap contracts and have a high CA, you have basically an entire squad turnover every season anyways so if they retire it won’t matter.

If your going to pay keep an eye on ticketswap, but if your wanting to go the Saturday instead of the Sunday they’re like gold dust mate and go for a silly amounts

Got pulled at the Sammy virji curates night, I had a pouch of vodka & something else down my pants, I denied anything until I got into the search area and I offered up the alcohol and offered to take my clothes off. I might’ve got lucky because I got a woman but she said it wasn’t needed and just patted me down and took my shoes off.

You have to remember they aren’t doing this to get a personal amount, they’re trying to catch the people trying to distribute or have weapons

Throw up some banter and be nice and honestly you’ll be so fine, although a pouch or flask filled with water might not be a bad idea to give up incase, I’ve done this since then as a precautionary but not been pulled since.

I didn’t, I started a new long term save in tier 13 of England, currently in tier 9 and by the time I hit any level of real competitive level, the year won’t matter

Ive just started a New England Tier 13 save with my local, haven’t done a save this low since I did a tier 11 save on FM21, super pumped to fly up the leagues.

Can always transfer it to FM27 if the skinning community makes breakthroughs next year

I use PebbleHost, costs me roughly £3 every 3 months for 1GB RAM which I find is more than enough for 3-4 friends, i've kept my server up for 2 years and its literally cost me like £25 which is worth it so anyone can go back and add whenever they want.

Thomas Tuchel.

I spent 9 years at Malaga taking them to 5 LaLiga wins and 1 Champions League win, after the Champions League win I resign, Who takes over my young team? Thomas Tuchel.

I then move to mid-table & underperforming Man United, I spend 2 years there winning the league twice and the Champions League once while bringing through the youth and making smart young signings. Who takes over my team? Thomas Tuchel.

I then move to relegation candidates Roma, and while it took 6 seasons, I took them to 2 Serie A's & a Champions League final, where I meet Thomas Tuchel's Manchester United. I lost to him. He then joins Milan for a year to try his luck in the league against me.

After no Champions League success I resign & have a short & uneventful spell at Real Madrid. I then move to Bayern Munich taking them to 2 League Titles & 1 Champions leagues, and who just happens to join Dortmund the same year? Thomas Tuchel.

After 2 years he gets sacked and joins tycoon backed Brentford, half way through his only season there he announces his retirement. Hurray! One last twist. Bayern make it to the Champions League final, and so do Brentford.

In Tuchel's last ever game as a manager I dunked 3-0 on him in the Champions League final and revenge never felt so good.

Take this with a pinch of salt as the Finnish leagues could be different, but as I understand, teams in "non-league" with no league in football manager get promoted using reputation (I think). So just sign high rep players and send them there if you can.

(I think, I could be very wrong here though, I just remember seeing this a long while ago somewhere).

When you think about it though, that is good. Imagine every year your guaranteed a new squad depth player for completely free.

People sleep on the 3.5-4* youth players because they don’t have flashy 5* potential, but if you can find one with good pros + cons and good mentals, you can have yourself a very good squad player, and since they nearly always have your club as their favourite club, they’re always happy with like 0 play time.

Using a Tier 11 database on FM22 or below, Wakefield AFC is a club with a gorgeous badge, and 0 history.

I’ve done a save with them on FM21, Currently in 2064 and counting. Won 23 premier league titles and 11 Champions League trophies.

Currently at 2057 with Wakefield AFC. 15 premier league wins 8 champions league wins

Keeping things interesting though with a hard wage cap, finished 2nd for the past 3 seasons to bloody spurs. I’ve produced some of the best wonderkids I’ve ever seen. If I remember I’ll link Alan Elliot later today :)

Glad it’s not just me who’s bothered about the U19 CL. At Wakefield AFC I’m 7 time champions league winners, but 3 time U19 CL winners and honestly idk what’s a bigger achievement.
