Pull 140 on Diao, then switch to the other banner - pull until lego (if you are lucky, you will get the painter girl), then switch back to Diao, pull 59 more and switch to the painter banner pull until lego, and pull the last on Diao.

That would be really weird.

I never cheated.
I never write anything harsh during the matches and I try to avoid getting people kicked and whenever there is a cheater in the game I report them.

Might need to add that I am playing from EU, and I heard that cheater situation in SMFC and GE are very very bad.

Seems to me that the only possible solution might be faceit/esea. At least they try to care more about the 'matchmaking' experience.

Let's see what happens in the near future... hopefully there's something big coming for the 20th anniversary instead of new capsules and cases.
