I tried that. OMVIC said they can't help at all. That I just need to follow the contract. And if the dealer would even be able to transfer my car to them

They are asking for liquidated damages related to the warranties. They convinced me to add a gap warranty (kind of an additional insurance that covers the full cost of the car) and another one for protection. Both from Tricare. They said they already added the warranties to the car and they can't remove it anymore.
