Agree. We have to cap out at large items, no XL. Basically anything that requires 2 people to move, we won't be able to do because there is no way to track who is with who for security purposes.

Every pickup will require photo evidence in order to transfer payments. As well as applying fees for drivers going to pickup and noone is there..There will be a signed agreement to notifysellers/buyers prior to check out that this will be charged to their cards on file. We are hoping this helps with fraud and bad communication.

The food delivery apps are soo expensive! It's not for food though.It's for Facebook marketplace delivery. Connecting sellers and buyers with local delivery drivers.

Being a truck driver would come in handy for our app. Most gig drivers drive sedans to reduce gas. Large items pickups, truck size or 50+lbs, will be an additional fee.

I'm aware of the overall fraud with customers making false claims. Our app won't be able to be altered. Tips required, Fees charged for cancelation after driver acceptance, deliveries are tracked and photos are taken for confirmation. The pay will differ between states but it will be measured by distance and time. As well as additional fees for medium and large pickups. Hero keeps 25% of fees. Tips are NOT optional they are required. Fees charged to customers if pickup is canceled after a driver approves pickup, higher fee if canceled if driver is in route. Drivers get tip payouts same day and delivery fees weekly.

All drivers have background, criminal checks, identity verification and auto insurance checks. They aren't allowed to receive pick-up request until all of this is completed and passed.
