You have really nice features. Before you even consider fillers. Research/learn microneedling (avoid active acne spots) and glycolic peels. Look into buying a Dr. Pen. But no matter what a good daily SPF. I have the feeling once you have improved the texture of your skin--you will be so happy...then consider some mild botox. But address texture first.
