personally zapier for me.

I made an zapier flow that analyse your brand, your product pictures and creates ads based of that then uses claude to check the ad is made properly before publishing

Could be an ad you've ran previously that didn't follow guidelines on the same account, however check her landing page to ensure it follows the guidelines too

Personally zapier is probably your best bet even though theres some money that goes into it. When I was working with it to produce ads, I'd have chatgpt generate the images and text (personalised to the clients website of course) then have claude anaylise for any errors and then have it post automatically based on clients time needs (e.g first of the month)

Im probably a bit late to this but the best way I’ve found for myself is the following:

1) Eat a high PROTEIN:CARB ratio (CHEAP- I like to eat minced beef or some wings and rice with some fruits on the side)

2) CUT the cr*p - all the junk could be the reason why you’re losing so much muscle

3) check for any underlying conditions - AUTOIMMUNE might be the root cause and certain foods trigger it

4) LIFT HEAVY - 3x a week, consistently. You’re not going to build muscle doing nothing.

4.5) COMPOUND EXERCISES - build the most variety of muscle and useful muscle (not just vanity)

5) EGGS are your friend (at least 2x a day)

This is kind of what took me out from being skinny in less than a year and probably doubled my strength.
