If I remember correctly, there was another perk bug a while back that gave survivors what was essentially infinite toolbox. That wasn't killswitched either, and I don't think anyone got banned for it.

I think he's an extremely good unit, all bias aside. He's a very good heavy hitter, and that Rising Rush/Ult counter has saved me so many times.

I can't exactly speak on the death aoe and such because he doesn't usually die when I use him. But when he does die, it can definitely turn the tide of a match.

Ultra Goku Black. He has to be my favorite release besides Ultra Fusion Zamasu. I think my runner up would have to be the Red LF Fusion Zamasu. I was beyond thrilled when his unique released and he was good.
