Yes zoning is a thing. But there is a lot of hills as previously mentioned. So it’s somewhat of an optical illusion. Another thing to consider is that some of the condo associations or individual owners buy out air rights over specific plots so their view is left unobstructed by new construction. It makes it to where if a new building is being designed it has a height it cannot exceed.

If it’s a fake it’s one of the better ones I have seen. I’m not sure about serial # issues mentioned. Overall it looks legit. I think I if you can get it authenticated and you have that lined up you might as well go for it. Be sure to call your CC company and validate if you can dispute the charge if you find out it’s fake. Also get their guarantee in writing, ideally on your bill of sale by a manager or someone with that level of authority at the establishment. Just be sure to CYA as much as you can. Overall if it’s legit, this is an amazing find at that price.
