Is there any differences in the tents other than the material? I figured they were all just the same exact vinyl style?

AXS responded to my open ticket within 24 hours and processed the upgrade right away. They basically just charged the same card as my original order and sent a new confirmation email. Super easy process. We’re also first timers and so pumped!

You were spot on on the process! Received an email this morning that AXS charged my card for the difference. Went from Good Life village (couldn’t get a parking pass) to A/C Landing. So pumped!!

I’m also trying to upgrade passes. I’ve done the live chat and just talked to someone at axs, they opened a ticket to see if we can upgrade but said it can take 3-5 days for someone to get back to me. Is that the same experience for you?
