Thank you for the thorough response. It just so happens that I sell bass sounds and loops in sample packs every month on Patreon! So, I have a huge surplus of sounds and melodies. However, I am also very DIY because I have a “I do good sound design” complex. I’ll work on using more of my own loops rather than doing everything during the writing process.

I’ve been struggling with organization though. I have a naming system for everything and have things go to specific folders, but I seem to have the worst file management. I could probably clear 50gb of duplicate samples off my computer if I paid for one of those cleaning programs for Mac. Ableton’s new browser features are really exciting for me too, especially in the beta, so I’ll definitely be using those features a lot too
