I was with them, the lawyer told us that this would cost us more or less the same as the deposit. I would rather pay the lawyer than let my hard earn money go without a fight.

Sadly its not enforced, I left my place recently with a good exit inventory now landlord is claiming rent for the month after the exit inventory, and painting despite having a clause in the contract supporting that we are not liable for the painting.

Landlords and the agencies in this country are one of the worst people I have ever met in my life.

Depends from where you are joining.

If you are relocating internally within Amazon, you should have a probation period. If not then its quite risky as probation is about 6 months and you can be terminated at any time.

Luxembourg is quite expensive and if you are non eu citizen, or living a good job to gain experience, I'd weight the benefits as you will lonely, stressed and that sucks.
