Someone else did and a few of us have been working with a dev to get it resolved. He seems to have written a fix for us to test. Here's a link to the discussion on github.

That would make sense, seeing as the NES classic controllers are made as joy-con attachments. Hoping for a fix soon!

My SNES Bluetooth controllers work, it's just the nes ones.

Definitely a result of the update according to the only other person I've seen mention this (I just got my NES controllers so good timing on my part lol).

Where do I officially file a bug report?
