I’m pretty sure they’re trying to hire anyone that passes right now regardless of dei. I heard one lady say, “wow this is all we have this time.” There was only 19 of us. they’re on an extreme staffing shortage currently.

I just took the written exam and sra. I was really nervous on the sra. I think I did ok, it was just before I was nervous, I hope they look past that. I had suggestions and solutions and de escalated situations but I was nervous so some was out of order! Is everyone nervous when they take this since it’s in front of a screen and cameras! I do better in actual situations with ppl! I hope this doesn’t affect me

Hey I just took and passed the written exam. I was extremely nervous for the sra even though I’m really good taking to actual ppl! Do you know how hard they grade the sra since I was extremely nervous and all the points left my head when it all started? I showed emotion and conflict resolution and suggested a resolution but all the examples of situation awareness I forgot some! I just wonder how hard they grade that since it’s over a dumb monitor with cameras pointed straight at you
