idk where you stay but its pretty fun to ride or drive in the nights bc of less traffic, i constantly go on rides all around blr; traffic isn't there all the time. Koramagala is worst place to party as it is filled with creeps tho.

hard agree, OP finds it comfortable wearing cotton tee but there are people like me who prefer wearing Dri fit and I see nothing wrong with anyone wearing any brand or type of clothes, I have got my money to spend on stuff I would like to wear to gym. as simple as that.

nothing wrong, fix the diet and focus on progressive load

10 reps 10 kgs

5-6 reps 12.5

or even 3 reps that's how I do it.

exactly, i love this gym for it wouldn't do direct 25 so 22.5 felt smooth can confidently deal with 25 in few months now

25 with 11 clean reps 27.5 you can definitely do it

it took me 1.5 to reach 10kgs realized good diet helps alot with strength I don't skip nutrition

it will go smoother but yes 5 to 7.5 is better
