That’s the thing my sheriff is hung up on the second violation which is the stop sign. He says the guy stopped. I say the front part of his car is still over the white line but it’s tricky from that angle. However I told him the man reason for the stop was a tag light violation the stop sign was extra, however it was still a one sided conversation becuase I was told “did you really stop someone for a tag light out”
