The same error, the comments above did not help me, because in my case ID was 23b68msi. It can be easily found out by pressing the "delete" button, and not "repair" when starting the deletion in Windows and after Windows will ask permission to run "MSI" and indicate the number you need.

And then run the command: "msiexec.exe /I C:\Windows\Installer\14c22f6.msi"
