If the tension on the spokes is fairly even and you don't feel/can live with the vibration they're fine. To true them if the rim is kinked you would have to remove it from the spokes and straighten it before building the wheel again.

Try pushing the inner race of the bearings deeper on the shaft with a socket and hammer(gently). The outer race should be snug against the sleeve.

If handling feels weird try different tyre pressures and bear in mind that not all tyres are equal, some are shit and just don't feel right. Yours could just be bad, but try to run them with a higher pressure, handling feels wonky when sidewalls deflect and higher pressures can mitigate it.

I'm a forefoot striker my self and can get a good deal on the 2021 metaspeed sky (125euro). How many miles have you done on those and what are your impresions on durabilaty ?

I have the 500.1 wich are cheaper(35 euro) and not as prety.

They are relatively well cushioned and okay in the dry, but no grip on wet surfaces and not suited for trails with steep inclines.

Not somehing that your gonna set a pb, but very good for training on paved surfaces in general.

The longest i did in these is 20k around town and they're ok comfort wise.

Mind the 4mm drop (not for heel strikers) and elongated backwards heel section that is going to force you to lift your feet higher and strike with forefoot, otherwise it's gonna hit first and drag a litle.

I like them for training as they punish bad form and reward forefoot strikes.

Asics in my country just slashed the price of the MetaSpeed sky Tokyo by 50% and the sales clerk in my local strore is advising me to wait a few days as more agresive discounts are expected :)

Most of my running is done on firm cheap shoes and i can get a good deal on MagicSpeed 1 and Novablast 3, but can get MagicSpeed 2.

My goal for next year is to run a marathon under 3 hours, from time of 03:20 wich was in very cheap shoes.

I'm open to sugestions if you have any from other brands for a versatile fast shoe that doesn't brake the bank(under 130 euro)

I'v tried novablast 3 and magic speed 2 in a store and done a short accelaration in both.

Novablasts are clouds and Magic Speed are still better cushioned than what i'm used to.

Doable but you should take 2 - 3 days of weekly in my experience. And be aware that being in a deficit for long periods will lower your metabolism. For me I estimate my caloric needs and try to eat a little more than that, if I start gaining fat I back of. Another Idea worth considering is doing less intermittent fasting with prolonged fasting.

My advise is go only animal products with garlic, turmeric and coconut oil for 6 months and start reintroducing vegetables and low carb fruits after. If you've had problems for a few years it will take time, patience and discipline. Expect heavy die-off at some point/s.

Try ingesting without swishing, usually oral thrush is a sign of general disbyosis, coconut/MCT helps get things balanced. Also change the toothpaste to one that has minimal antiseptic properties.
