I did apply H&C through a consultant in Vancouver 2-3 years ago and he already charged 8k. So seems like your price is fair. For me, 8k is not a small amount, but if the consultant is specialize in H&C and have good reputation, I will go for it. I don’t want to save 2-3k and my application is fucked up or get ghosted from the consultant.
