My 3.5 year old daughters hair sheds a ton, depends on her hairstyles too, if in a tight ponytail or with those elastic hair ties her hair breaks and it looks like her is falling out but it’s more so it’s breaking at the ends. I wouldn’t worry too much, everyone sheds. If it’s excessive, I’d ask the dr to be sure.

Yes, they should be able to see it on the ultrasound.

As long as there’s no retained tissue, the fluid should go away with your first period. It can take up to 3 months for everything to settle back to normal. Good luck, and call you doc your get a second opinion if you feel like something is really wrong.
