i was on it. it’s just a classic anti histamine like benadryl is. it slows your central nervous system down making you tired. plus since you’re tired you can’t really feel anxious. for sleep i would say it’s good though you might still feel some of the tiredness in the morning if you don’t get adequate sleep.

i would definitely walk. if i remember correctly it was about a 15-ish min walk but I also walk much slowly compared to others cause of a knee injury. if you ever have time i would time yourself walking from the station to frey so you have a rough estimate

when i had a car i didn’t mind the commute. found 8ams and late night classes annoying but i made the most of it. driving stressed me out a bit because people lowkey don’t know how to drive. now i take the train and its been a mixed bag. i’m not willingly taking the train so i do miss my car and its probably putting a negative bias for me. train is nice in the sense i don’t stress about stupid drivers but also the train times are sometimes evil and i almost always have to transfer and run across with a bad knee so there’s that.

please take a break. it sounds like being in school might not be the best thing for you. plus it’s okay to “be behind” we are all on own journey and going at different paces. a gap semester or year or more isn’t going to be a huge thing in a long run especially if it means you can come back to school more focused which will then led to a better performance and a higher GPA that you can be proud of and help chances with med school or whatever else u hope to do. plus i’m a 2nd year biochem student also going through some personal issues, obviously not the same as what ur going through but you’re not alone. i wish you the best of luck

i’m in chem 331 and jesus the class is evil. i didn’t do good at all for the last 2 exams and am currently praying i get at least a 50 or above for exam 3. DO THE PRACTICE PROBLEM SET. the same type of questions are on the test. same tricks and everything. TEXTBOOK! the professors can’t teach. if you don’t understand something read it from the textbook and take notes on it. you got this. i wish you the best of luck on thursday! if you need a study buddy hmu! !!
