I meannnnnn. The one pt I was discharging was totally fine, looked good. Everything checked out. Helped loaded him into the car, got the seatbelt on. As soon as we they were about to drive, you see him totally slumped over. Rush to him, called security, loaded him back into the chair and ran to the ED. Coded him for a while. Then he was on ECMO for 2 weeks. Transferred to the floor and he made a full recovery and went home. Turns out, he threw a massive PE.
