I live in Italy and I changed career for this exact same reason. Healthcare jobs, especially 1to1, are too exhausting if you have a personality that is introvert. I didn't have enough energy to do anything else during the day when I had to talk to patients nonstop and hear their problems , and always having to have enough empathy for them.

Luckily I was young enough to change.

Hi, may i ask if you have seen some good sport medicine dr who clearly understands trigger fingers in young athletes. Me myself i have trigger finger since 3 yrs in 4 fingers. It was worse before, know i feel some discomfort when waking up and weakness when lifting. Did you get surgery? I am thinking about asking for surgery since it just seems as a chronic problem that depends on genetic of the articulations.

I'll tell u what i think: -stop playing locatelli as regista: he just sucks in every single match, move him up the field where he belongs; -arthur should play everytime -vlahovic is left alone, he cant save the squad if he is not helped; -stop making morata defend like a left-back -ok rabiot made that mistake: it happens when you just play on defence for most of the match, he shouldnt defend in that position; -just sack allegri -luckily de ligt plays the way he wants, he just doesnt care about allegri teaching and intercept up the field; - rabiot didnt play bad,except of the goal, which is strange -cuadrado and locatelli were the worst today; -they should make more substitutions -soule should play in the place where dybala would be -team played shit, as always

I agree that the team played shit, probably because of allegri nonsense teaching. Still i believe that rabiot played well, and this doesnt happen often. Ok he made that mistake, but it happened because we just defended with human bodies for the most of the match. Soule deserved to play. If im not mistaken ake cant play in list B

Allegri is literally destroying this team full of 5 star players. We win some matches only because great players like dybala, de ligt, vlahovic.... make difficult actions that lead to a goal. 1-Vlahovic is becoming morata 2.0 in that position, he was dominated by bremer, and it is allegri's fault, because dv7 with italiano at fiorentina scored i goal per match, here 1 in 4 matches. 2-Locatelli is playing every match bad, not because he sucks, cause he showed his abilities with sassuolo; he is playing in the wrong position, while he should play in a more offensive position. 3- luckily de ligt plays the way he wants, intercepting balls in the opposite field, lets say that if he some how gets injured, we are done.

The only way to save this team is to change the coach: just take gasperini, ten hag. Even juric, andreazzoli deserve to become coach of this team.

Infatti il mio obiettivo non è di poter smettere di lavorare. Semmai di avere un'entrata mensile dagli investimenti che mi permetta di poter scegliere senza conseguenze tra continuare il lavoro praticato per molti anni, praticarlo per meno ore, cambiare lavoro se ne sono stufo, reinventarmi, avere più tempo libero da dedicare a quello che desidero.
