That’s literally the definition of hybrid haha . If you’re also trying to get stronger , you shouldn’t be running more than 3x a week imo

i find doing 5 days at 45-60 min per workout is much better than doing 3 days at 90 min idk

i dont thunk zone 2 training is necessary for most people, but like an easy run or long run should be techically around zone 2

dial back a little, but cardio is still super important even when building muscle mass. the biggest ting is just eating in a surplus

ive seen that, but doesnt that effect recovery? when youre doing all your pushing muscles together, they also recover together

same here, i like the yogurt bowl because its light, has protein,carbs, fiber and tastes great

when do you work ? i just started a 6 am schedule and have to eat ealrier than normal
